What separates IngeniousIO from all other AECO based software is that the application is flexible enough to either allow organizations to collaborate internally or bring together all project participants, including Owner/Developers, Owner's Representatives, General Contractors, Architect and Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors and Consultants, into one collaborative Ecosystem.

We are looking to add a Customer Success Account Manager/Director – Business Development professional to our rapidly growing team. The position will be responsible for generating opportunities, managing the opportunities through the sales process, conducting demonstrations, closing deals and acting as an account manager during the life of that customer. The target market will be large companies in the AECO space (100+ users). These companies will range from owners, owner’s representative, architects, engineers to general contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through your existing rolodex, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Research leads, identify decision makers and generate interest
  • Conducting on-site and web based presentations and product demonstrations
  • Guiding prospects through the sales lifecycle / bringing in implementation experts and senior leadership when necessary
  • Transitioning won deals to the Customer Success implementation team which will handle customer on-boarding, training and support
  • Account management post sales – Maintain an open dialogue with customer sponsors, look for additional revenue opportunities and ensure an exception customer experience
  • Proving feedback to product development team
  • Participate in trade shows and other marketing events
  • Collaborate with sales team members to enhance the sales process and share best practices
  • Stay current with new features and functions of the IngeniousIO application

Do You Have

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales
  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 4+ years of account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Selling experience in the Architect, Engineering and Construction space (nice to have / not required)
  • Must be self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
  • Desire to be on the forefront of a company and technology that will turn an industry up-side down
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
