Support / Client Success Specialist


IngeniousIO is a rapidly growing team of creative technologists who is looking to add a motivated and results-driven Support / Client Success Specialist to our River North office.

Support / Client Success Specialist will be responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for all customers. You will also communicate with IngeniousIO sales, support, and product teams to ensure flawless execution of the support and implementation process.

Do You Have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers and teammates
  • Experience in working with SaaS applications
  • Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization, including Sales, QA, Product Management, etc
  • Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately
  • Desire to work as a strong contributor to achieve team goals
  • Multi tasking and Time Management Skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and a desire to continually improve skills and gain knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations by delivering the extra degree of service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
